This wasn’t just about protection. My design for the Raspberry Pi 4 case was about precision, permanence, and giving a small machine the presence it deserves.
Carved from a single block of aluminum, the form is minimal — no seams, no distractions. Just sharp edges, soft chamfers, and tight tolerances. It’s designed to feel engineered, not assembled.
The concept was built around weight and intention — making something that feels grounded in a world of plastic and throwaway tech. Passive cooling is integrated into the form. No fans. No branding. Just metal, mass, and purpose.
The visuals mirror the object: cool tones, shadowplay, and restraint. It’s a case, yes — but more than that, it’s a statement about how tools should feel in the hand, on the desk, and in use.
Not flashy. Just quietly exact.
